Assembly of components

Complete assembly of mechanical and electromechanical components

At KGL, we provide assembly of components into final assemblies or sub-assemblies – from mechanical to electromechanical modules. When required, we also package the assemblies and deliver them according to the just-in-time principle.

We perform manual assembly for smaller or complex series, as well as semi-automated assembly for larger quantities using dedicated fixtures (controlled torque screw fastening, pressing, screw feeding, etc.). We have the most experience with electromechanical assemblies (e.g. electric motor modules, units for household appliances).

The process is designed according to the "zero defects" principle: integrated control points ensure verification of the presence and correct positioning of components. Complete traceability is ensured in accordance with customer requirements (barcode, serial number, QR code).

For each project, we prepare dedicated EOL tests, which may include:

  • electrical tests (continuity, resistance, functional testing),
  • functional tests and running-in (e.g. pumps, drives),
  • final visual inspection.

Results are recorded according to customer requirements and linked to the product serial number.
 

Testing equipment and automation

We use dedicated EOL testing devices with measurement sensors and software support for automatic OK/NOK evaluation. After successful testing, the product is labelled (sticker or laser marking) and prepared for shipment.

We take over the entire process – from components to the final tested assembly. This means fewer suppliers, reduced logistics and guaranteed quality. We also support pilot series and the transition to series production.
