In accordance with Articles 12, 13, and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “General Data Protection Regulation”), we, as the controllers of personal data, hereby provide information regarding the identity of the controller, the purposes and legal bases for data processing, categories of personal data users, retention periods, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Use, Scope, and Purpose of Storage and Processing

A personal data is any information related to an identified or identifiable individual. KGL d.o.o. processes your data when you submit an inquiry through the contact form on our website or when you write to us via email or call us by phone.
For this purpose, KGL d.o.o. collects the following data that you voluntarily provide:

name and surname,
title and company,
email address,
phone number,
company website,
details of your inquiry or message.
We will process your personal data to prepare a response to your inquiry, for informational purposes, and for the potential preparation and conclusion of a contract, as well as for the execution of the concluded contract. We will use the data you provide through the contact form exclusively to provide the contractually agreed services and for the purpose of our internal administration and business management.

2. Users of Data

We commit to not sharing your personal data with unauthorized third parties without your consent. The collected personal data is stored within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and is not transferred to other countries.

3. Retention Period

We will retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected and used. After the retention period has expired, we will effectively and permanently delete or anonymize your personal data so that your identification will no longer be possible.

Should the purposes described above, for which we store and process personal data, cease to exist, we will immediately and permanently delete the relevant data collections.

4. How We Protect Collected Personal Data

The website www.kgl.si/shop is hosted on a secure web server and is subject to regular security checks.
We use the collected personal data solely for the purposes stated above, do not sell it or share it with third parties, except for partners who help maintain the website and who are bound by the same personal data protection terms as KGL d.o.o.

In exceptional cases, we may share your personal data with state and security authorities in accordance with the law, if they submit an official request for personal data.

5. Individual Rights

Every individual has the right, under the conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation, to request from KGL d.o.o. access to personal data and the correction or deletion of personal data, the restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You can send your request by email or registered mail to our address.
If an individual believes that there has been a violation of personal data protection, we kindly ask them to notify us immediately, and we will respond in a timely manner. If necessary, we will also promptly take all necessary measures to address any irregularities.
